It's difficult to find a solution because in your case, it is neither considered as owning a property nor renting, nor sharing.
First, you should and must find yourself an appartment as soon as possible. Tuition bills from your school is a fine example of document you should be gathering. Do you have a driver's license? What about other government issued cards? Second, start collecting all of the past bills: phone, internet, bank, visa, electricity. What the lady is doing is not legal. I'd like to borrow this occasion to warn everyone not to make the same mistake.
