想申請 Loan & Bursary/太陽咭 但無租房證明, 怎麼辦?
% z  ]6 @7 w' i% a: kmy landlady does not want the government to know she rent a room to me and has extra income and because her house is residential, not a property for rental.

1 B  l) D+ @( s4 i, x+ kShe doesn't want to declare I live here so that i can obtain my health insurance neither. What can I do?

; K, x6 _: h9 nMy financial aid counsellor said I don't have lease, so i must ask my landlord to write a letter with the date i moved in, address, the amount i paid each month and signature.

2 o+ ]- B3 ?  _; y+ nI moved from another province, don't have CSQ, need declaration from landlord and commissioner for health card too.
