[电脑] Looking for notebook RAM!

Hi, everybody. My old notebook Toshiba Satellite 1400 becomes very slow recently. I am thinking to update my memory from 256M to 512 or higher. The CPU is Celeron 1.33G. I am wondering if you guys can help out of this. What RAM I should by to get a maximum performan and how much it costs?

I believe it should be DDR 333 200 pin.
In chinese computer shop
40-50+tx for 256M
80-90+tx for 512M
it would be quite expensive in futureshop and so on.
but in this week futureshop has special price for kingston 45+tx 256M and 80+tx 512M
of course, after mail in rebate.

don't misleading lz. This notebook is using sdram pc133.
