help me! --关于联邦移民来魁北克

i landed in vancouver on Aug 29,2002.and i have received SIN Card and Permamnent Resident Card in B.C.
now i want to transfer to Montreal before Nov 29,2002, can i become a Quebec'resident after i arrive at Montreal for 3 months? and also enjor the right(learn French,studen tloan .etc.)

you can certainlly be resident of Quebec if you arrive in Quebec before 29 nov. and you can apply the new card of health and enjoy all you want.

关于联邦移民来Quebec，这是一个老话题，前面有很多讨论。L’AUTOMNE回答得对，11月29日前，即Landing之后3个月内来Quebec，没有问题。The Sooner the better.
