Don't
1. Criminal record is much more serious than you think. You will be deported outside Canada and you will not get Canadian citizenship; your chances of working as white-collar are much slimmer--most professional careers like accounting and investment advisors will simply not give you license; the criminal record is always there--you can not really remove it unless in very few exceptional cases--recently somebody came to me for help for a criminal shop lifting which occurred 10 years ago in US!
2. The threshold for criminal liability is much lower than in China. In fact, most offences under Zhi'an Guanli Chufa Tiaoli are criminal in Canada.
3. Don't think you are in the position to either (1) strong enough to beat other people; (2) right enough to give others a lesson. That is not a good solution and you will find yourself in trouble while the other can claiming self-defence.
I hope you can think it over and act more maturely and responsibly, for yourself, as well as your family. |
