About the Right of Landing Fee(975 C$), it doesn't matter when you pay it.
After you spouse receive the Madical Examination form, you pay them ASAP will be OK.
Don't worry about it.
The whole procedure will take about 8 months, but sometimes it depends.

最好在递表时一次付清，因为LANDING FEE（￥975）肯定要由担保人交的，而且移民局是在你上交了后才开始处理的。
从递表到收到CSQ，需要约4个月。
