today, i argued with landlord ----a white,  and that time I was very upset, i said" you fucked with a wrong chinese!!!!!!!!!!", he replied" are you threatening me?"   then we stoped,  becaue we will see eachother  on court,

If that is the only offensive thing you said,

It could be interpreted as that you would not take things lying down
and you would take action(LEGAL one).

do NOT use words with indication of violence,
% a$ L: Z  E: Z) H) O7 @" q7 Y8 Eex. hurt/beat up/punch/kill someone, ..., etc.
It would get yourself in trouble.
