How insert an image into the ad in this forum?

I have an image which I want to insert into an buy and sell ad, but it said the file is larger than 300KB when I used attachment option, Is there anyway to upload an image which the size is larger than 300 KB into an ad? Please reply to jingg2001@hotmail.com.
