我将于3月中旬抵蒙城，但蒙城的官方语言法语在华人
的求职时影响大吗？如果单会英语会很困难吗？如果
法语很好，优势会很大吗，我渴望知道大多数华人在
蒙城的法语水平，因为我实在担心自己的语言能力，希望大家给我解答，多谢！！

If you are working in IT or telecommunication field, French is not important. If you are doing company administration or civil engineering, you need good French ability.

As far as I know that the civil engineering depends on too much local culture, so some civil engineering companies are run by Quebecois, and the customers are more Quebecois too in Quebec. You have to communicate with Quebecois, and blue print of project should be marked in French,

So the proficiency of French is very important to get a good job in Civil  Engineering. But it is not absolutely, I heard of there are two Chinese New Immigrants found job in Montreal in your field not long after their settledwon.
