我马上要以留学生身份在Montreal申请魁省移民。

我的前雇主可以用英语给我出具雇主推荐信（工作证明“Reference Letter”），请问我还有必要在国内为其办公证件吗？
如果不用办，需要用公司的信封封口盖章寄来吗？还是我就把那一页信纸同其他所有申请材料一起递交就可以了？或者其他什么必须的形式才能体现出推荐信的真实性？

You just need to sign, stamp and need detail contact information of employee.
