Is there any anybody who can help me to modify the following  software
http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu/ to make it working in windows 2000 server

Php is platform independent.  You only need to change the bash script file into a windows batch file.  So, what kind of difficulties have you encountered?  Maybe I can help.

I don't think phpWebsite is a good choise. Drupal is much better than phpWebsite.

I can install anything related to php for you ,but phpWebsite is not what I recommand.
