Believe me, Sympatico provides very very very stupid service, if they are not under protection, any Chinese can beat them. anybody who is interested in the business, you can beat them. tooooooooooo bad service, and stubburn customer service representative and stupid supervisor and manager.... white people do not necessarily have good quality brain... sorry to say that, but that's true.

我和他们打了几次交道，感觉没那么糟。而且他们现在还提速了。可能我的情况没有你的那么复杂吧。:rolleyes:

Sympatico本来就垃圾,上星期我打电话去他们那里问他们关于提速本来我的速度就不快,原来3M也就65%的速度(2M左右). 打电话过去一问丫居然说就算是用high speed ultra 我家只能有2M的高速.原因是我家离他们的central太远...

当时我就一个郁闷,以前都有bell的技术人员说高速达不高最高是一个百分比的问题说我家只能有66%的高速资源.现在这帮孙子却说是我家和中心的距离问题...
这帮孙子懂得可能还没我多呢.
