Imm0008e，老婆申请永久居民的表格，不用签名吧？

我找了好几次没发现签名的地方。
但是这么重要的文件，居然不然申请人签名？有点不敢确定

我只看到问，我当时申请移民时是再什么地方领得签证，我是香港领的，可是我可不想让我老公去香港，想让他去北京呢，怎么办呀？谁能指导一下呀

bj or hk不是由我们决定或申请的，那是由被担保人的地址决定的，如南方四省是香港这边，其他是北京审批

no, 你收到csq申请信才行, since there's file number on the official CSQ reqest form, so the only way to speed up the process is printing out the blank form first and finish it, and then deliver it with formal letter , 我就是在这边填好，then scan it and mail to my honey, and he will print out and deliver with the formal letter.

你看看是否有一份英文的application for selection certificate，你那份可能是csq request form
