1. Have you even got a CSQ REQUEST FORM from MRCI?
2. If yes, then you should have already sent it back to MRCI after you two signed it,
3. if yes, (the CSQ will be forwarded to me directly, I don't have to apply it, right? )----yes!

I haven't received the CSQ request form from MRCI. This is the reason that I suspect something went wrong in my case.To save time can I ask my wife download the CSQ form, sign it and mail it to me. By the way, when did you receive your CSQ request form? Can I do something to check with MRCI? Thanks.

我到华人服务中心去做，告诉我一页1刀，我的护照30多页，而且新老两本，60几刀，两肋都插满了，也叉不过来。
我到了上面那个地方，她告诉我在她那复印35分一张，如果到楼下5分一张，当然楼下，楼下一口痰的距离就是一个复印中心，复印完，拿到楼上，她盖上红印，5刀一本10刀搞定。
