In normal case, if anyone said he/she gets parent's VISA to USA IN MONTREAL recently, he/she is either a very lucky person (go go buy 649) or a cheater (but losing money to USA does no good for himself/herself, why do so?). + @0 z! E4 e( ^: M* N( Q' H8 A # V- H6 E$ y, o) y6 ]3 {, }# h+ @4 S2 W
