我是今年才来这里的，打算办移民，但是现在看这里那么慢；我也不知道递香港还是递montreal好了。前面的人请给点提示好吗。

我有两年前出国时在国内办的未刑证明,办证明后3个月来这里读书, 去年暑假曾回国3个月. 拿现在我如果给魁省递未刑证明的话, 原来的那个可以用吗? 够吗? 这两段不再加拿大也没反映在老的未刑证明上的时间大家是如何处理的?  大家是不是都办了新的到现在的证明(国内开)? 可是人不在国内如何办呐?

还有, 如果是公安机关出示的未刑证明原件的话,是不是就不需要公证了?

不好意思,还有一个关于照片的问题:

递魁省的时候要求护照尺寸照片, 那是多大呐? 跟国内现行的新尺寸一样吗? 33*48? 头部呐?

而递联邦的时候要求的照片又不是护照照, 还好, instruction上有详细的说明. :rolleyes:

My friends, I just got the interview letter today, and the date of interview is Oct. 15th!!! I am so nervous because it's too close, and I have no idea about the questions!!

So where can I find those questions for immigration interview? And how can I prepare for it? Where do you think it good to take a course or find someone to help for this interview?? :confused:

My interview date was July 23rd. After being approved, it takes about 40 days also to get your file number. On, August 20-25th, I got my medical test letter. So in short, Interview ---> (40 days) File number --> (40 days or so)--> medical test.

By the way, another thing I know about work permit is that it takes 6 - 8 weeks for you to get your work permit after application. Now it has been changed to longer period of time.

I hope the information will be helpful for you guys.

For those people who are going to have the interviews soon, Do Not Worry. It is not difficult. Be confident, and behave a little bit more positive. It is better to let him/her know that you are awesome candidate and have the ability to live here independently!
