想去热气球节，听说不买门票在附近也能看到起飞？

想去热气球节，听说不买门票在附近也能看到起飞？门票是14元，好象进去主要是看歌歌舞舞表演，会不会不值？去过的朋友请指教，热气球放飞是不是在外面看就行了？

I was there 3 years ago. If you just want to see the rising up, you could park you car far away in any street, and walk close that area. I did this on 2nd day since I bought tickets and parked close the site on 1st day, but no rising due to the weather.

The concert started at 9 pm/10pm, but all French, no sense.

不买门票进去可以看到气球在天上飘的情景, 在那个小城, 随便找个地方就可以看到

买门票进场可以近距离看气球升空的全过程操作, 及听听音乐会和小孩在游乐场里玩玩

自已权衡!
