请问前辈:在加申请移民申请表递到哪里?是BUFFALO 吗? 可BUFFALO 移民局网上没有说处理在加递的移民申请,怎么办?请明人指点.谢谢!:confused:  .如果申请没有下来,回国:confused: 了怎么办?

递联邦，应该在www.cic.gc.ca 上下载guide, 仔细看。上面应该有地址。
