Sorry for not convenient to type Chinese.
I called Bell Call Centre to open a dryloop account just now.
To share with you:

They have a promotion for students before the end of this month.
You just tell them you are a student
( actually i am a student in an adult centre, so i can access that promotion page on Bell website by my student ID)

This promotion has
no activation fee,
no early termination fee,
no contract,
no limit for download and upload capacity

just $15 for shipping the modem
$29.95/month for first 8 months
(later 44.95/m,but you can cancel it whenever you want;))

Document to tell Bell:
SIN
HEALTH INSURANCE NO.(or any ID)
CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUT

Remember the agent's name and ID number.

That's all.

By the way,they also provide another plan for this service.
It's same to the usual internet plan:19.95 for first 6 m,32.95 for the later 6 m.
but it needs 1 y agreement.
Because i want no agreement,the agent suggested that 29.95/m plan.

So if u want to use it for long period,the usual plan is better.

我刚才也搞定了一个BELL的高速网计划（不要BELL的电话）就是29.95（前8个月）无合同的还有15的设备邮寄费无流量限制

接线员叫 HUGO，不错的一个小伙子（还会点中文）

The agent who pick up my call is also HUGO!!!
I don't think he is a young guy

.but he is really nice.
He likes Chinese tea and chinese food,but not buffet;)
He can speak "xie xie"! very friendly!

I think maybe i will cancel this service or negotiate with Bell again after several months.

It makes sense.
but you have to wait until Monday to cancel it.
You'd better not apply another new account before you cancel the old one.
In case of Bell make sth wrong.

不需要等到星期1才cancal的，星期6也可以的

还有可以在7天之类cancal的，没有任何费用

我一会就去ATWATR的BELL去，一来省得15块的邮寄费，最主要的是不需要等那么长时间才可以用网络了！！
