想买一家快餐连锁店，第1次递了OFFER后，蹲店一星期，第2次递OFFER ，店主接受了，现在因个人原因，无法接店。这种情况是否要负法律责任，店主是否可以起诉我们，还是我们一定要买下这个店，请有经验朋友指点，多谢了！！！

please state the detail of the offer, did you leave some conditions for yourself...like the bank loan or etc...
or did you make a cash deposit for this offer?

for cancel the offer, you should pay some penalty, check with the agent or the conditions on the offer..
