这个我到底应该做些什么, 我有去年出国时办签证时用的无犯罪记录,但是有朋友和我说,已经过期了, 可是,我自从去年出国了,到现在1年多了, 期间一直也没回国过,一直在加拿大呆着,

这样的话, 我需要半个新的无犯罪记录嘛?, 很想不通,为什么要办新的啊, 期间都没回过国

然后那个 fingerprints,应该不用做吧,

第3点也不明白,望过来人指教, 先谢谢

另外有电话可以直接问的嘛?我找了半天也没找到

12. POLICE CERTIFICATES AND CLEARANCES
• Original police certificates of good conduct or clearances, from each country/
state/territory in which you and everyone in your family aged 18 years or over
have lived since reaching the age of 18.
• Submit original fingerprints directly to the authorities conducting the police
checks
• If you have obtained police certificates from countries where the authorities will
forward results directly to us, attach a brief explanatory note to your application.

我很确定的告诉你,国内你不用再办理新的,只要你回去呆的时间不超过六个月,都不需要,前提是你国内办理的是从你18周岁到你出国前六个月.但你要办理加拿大的.时间从你抵加到目前.就是说,从你18周岁到目前,这中间可能不连续,但每次断开的时间不能超过六个月.

啊? 谢谢楼上的了, 真是越来越晕了, 。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

我又看了一下，我当时办签证是办的那个，他上面写的文字证明，是说截至到2005年3月，而下面盖的章是3月30号的，而我是9月头出国的，这样看，正好没过6个月，没算错把？？紧张细细的有点，

在问一下，到哪里办加拿大的？

比如说,你离开加拿大没超过六个月就回来,加拿大的公证会覆盖你段时间,超过六个月就不覆盖了.

你中国的公证书上的证明日期到你出国那天,超过六个月没有?超过就无效,没超过就有效.
加拿大的到警察局去问,或网上查.是警察局管.

好的，我去警察局问问，没有，我的那个证明是证明到05年3月30号的，我是9月1号的飞机出来的，所以没超过6个月

In general, you and everyone in your family who is 18 years of age or over (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) need to obtain a police certificate. You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

The certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application.

If the original certificate is neither in English nor in French, submit both the certificate and the original copy of a translation prepared by an accredited translator with your application.
