公司给买了保险，可以cover全家的那一种，不包括牙齿，但可以配眼镜，不知道如何使用，工资单上只列出每月保险的支出，从工资上扣除了一些，但是哪家保险公司，保险号都没有告诉，要配眼镜，不知如何使用，是否只有现在的眼镜工作时坏了，才能使用保险，还是只要在保期能都能使用，请知情的人给一些信息和指点，多谢:confused:

First you should know these details about your insurance

2)Number(you and your family members each person should get that card from you company's human resource)
3)from when this insurance is valid

When you get that card,you should also have a brochure in which introduces every detail about your insurance(what can be covered,the maximum account and so on).If your company bought your insurance from Sunlife,you can log on their website for registration an on-line service.

Make sure what can be covered and how much can be covered,you can go for glasses and etc. whenever you want or need.One thing you should keep in mind is that you must keep all the receipts for your spending as proofs for  later possible requirements.
