楼上的兄弟看来学数字信号模拟这门课的时候没有专心啊

进来的电视信号，除了有的地区月费比较贵的机顶盒制式的所谓数字电视节目算是数字信号，其它都是模拟信号，包括天线，普通cable和卫星接收器

我在美国有个亲戚家里看了数字电视，确实质量非常高，HDTV的电视配上数字电视节目，里面播放最新的动画大片，确实很不错。

普通电视的分辨率确实不如显示器，也就相当于640x480的分辨率，但是电视信号是模拟信号，这一点就算显示器用24bit true color也是比不上的。数字信号永远只能去接近模拟信号，几可乱真，可是还是有差距的

I have a question, my video card has s-video out, but my TV does not have a s-video in,  so I use a line(one end is s-video, the other is video out/in) to connect my PC and TV, there are signal on TV,  but no pictures.
Does anybody have suggestions?

The satuation is that:
1. I have a laptop(IBM thinkpat) and a desktop(DIM, Do it by Myself), both have s-video TV out,  and have same problem.
2. the video card of desktop is Nvidia FX5200,  I selected TV-out from the configuration of both computer, problem remains.
2. I used two converter lines, one seems doesn't work, the other can receive signals on TV.

It seems the 1st and 3rd possibility doesn't exsit

For the 2nd possibility, I tried many kind of configurations,  it still doesn't work.

So are yous ure with such as a converter line, I can use TV as monitor(I just want use it to watch DVD)?

我现在用的就是S-video-out+转换头（radioshack买的，好像要19+tax）+RCA cable，应该是插上后电视就有图像，但可能是扭曲的，然后再显卡里调节输出模式(P/N)就行了。
