it's hard to explain. I try to use the formmail function, but just can not make it. I am a beginner..感谢HAIBO JIANG的EMAIL.frankly, i want to know more about the formmail to make the decision of wether we need a database to store our customer information.

Well, there are plenty of variants and extension of php mail function ... I'm not sure which one u r talking about ... or maybe in the new version of PHP? :-)

Basicly the "sendmail", "mail", "smtp", "qmail" are possibilities and where u could reveal all the secret ...

Besides, it'll be definitely better to store ur customers' info in a database ... rather than just send an email to sb. ....

If u can make ur question more detailed here, u will probably get more helpful ideas ...
