今天收到BELL的月结单，无来由的注明我打了3通往SAN-TOME的国际长途，我查了半天搞清楚是圣多美和普林西比岛国，这都哪儿跟哪儿呀，我怎么吃撑了也不会打到那里呀，而且话费要12块多加币，我准备写信找BELL理论，有类似情况投诉改单子的同志吗？胜算有多少呢？

I 150% agree with Petie. Don't stick with othe Cheaper Company cuz they had bad service and may give you a nightmare and many hiden traps.

只打市话的基本服务费为$23.43+Tax。帐单问题你可以打电话为Bell的客户服务电话：514-310-2355，或者到 www.bell.ca 发Email提问。

I agree you all. I apply for the service of Bell High Speed Internet. To my surprise, the speed is very low to China. really a big shit.
Yesterday when I red the bill of Bell, I was stuned. Bell has one type of service: when you call somebody, if the line is busy, you will hear " Let's bell notify you, the line is busy... if you press * button and if the line is free in next thirty minutes, bell will notify you...." That's a call back service. I used it six or seven times, failed two or three times. How much did they charge this service? 0.95$/per call + Tax! Shit! I did not apply for any service other than basic service. Last time bell give me the long distance service without telling me(Only charge me once). This time again!

我当初开户时候只用LOCAL服务的，现在帐单上多了打到美国的长途，，而我们是没有打过的，发信问题BELL，他说不管，最多只帮我关掉拨长途的功能，他们是这样说的：I read your email with interest. By Requesting telephone service, you
have access to long distance. The fact that these calls appear on your
bill means that someone made them. It may not be you but someone who
was at your place on April 5th in the morning. It could also be your
computer.

I have to mention the following information.  As stated in article 7
of the Terms of Service, customers are responsible for paying for all
calls originating from, and charged calls accepted at, their
telephones, regardless of who made or accepted them.

If you do not want to be able to dial long distance, I can put a
restriction on your line. You will not be able to dial neither long
distance calls nor "0" to reach the operator. This Toll Restriction
does not cost anything when you request it but when you remove it, the
fees are $10.00. Please let me know if you want to have it added to
your line.

如果是High Speed的用户，建议开通长途Bundle，每月服务费加5元，可打120分钟国内的直播长途，效果很好，我刚收到帐单，没有出现额外收费。超出部分可以采用其它公司或电话卡。唯一缺点是Bell不提供时间统计，需要自己来做。

don't believe BELL, I also used the high speed service of Bell, Bell promised 5$/120 mins, no change in Bell's bill, That's true! But your symptico bill will be changed. for example--me firstly I used symptico high speed srvice 28.69$/month, after i used this bundle it beccame 48.69$/month, so i called symptico and asked why. i was told if I used bell long distance bubdle, they can not give me the special price, so i need to pay $20 more every month.

Now i understand the reason, because Symptico is not belong to Bell Canada, if you use this bundle, the 2 bills will merge into totall one bill, and symptico has no right to charge from you.(only bell Canada has the right) so Symtico is not happy and do not give you the special price of high speed.  eek!    :confused:    :mad:
