現有意保留一套英文系統盤。 如哪位有同樣機器英文版﹐ 我們可以交換系統盤備份。

For the friend who bought HP PAVILION 1540N with 法文版 操作系統, I think you'd better ask Futureshop and HP to get the official Windows OS copy. It's illegal to copy the Windows OS for you. If someone copied the software for you, when she/he and you update the same software online, she/he and you may have law problems.
Because you paid for the offcial Windows Media Center OS when you bought the PC, you have the right to ask for the English version OS.
