I have some .rm .mpeg format movie on PC. I want to make a VCD for them so that I can play them on VCD player instead of PC. Anyone knows any software can do that easily?
this page contains all artles about av conversions. http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/index.html#english
like eversun said, it takes very long time to convert. why bother to do so? easiest way:
1) have a video card with tvout funtion
2) connect your pc to a tv
3) record it on a vcr tape
4) use powervcr ( a software provided by cyberlink) to convert a VCR tape to VCD if you really really want it on CDR.
When you use Nero Burner, choose VCD, and then add those .mpg files into it, it will do the conversion for you, after burning, it's a standard VCD you can play by your VCD player. Be be cautious during burning, choose NTSC for the TV here. My versio of Nero Burner is 5.5.
Hope it helps. I did these a lot, it works perfectly.
