[电脑] 请教电脑高手

两台电脑（都是台式机），一台装的WIN98，另一台装的WINXP，想两台机器互连（只想组建一个对等网络），用一根网线，1，3，2，6也反接了，两台机器网卡都亮了，可是就是在网上邻居里互相看不到对方，查了XP的说明，说要在装98的机器上运行XP的网络安装程序，我在装XP的机器上做了一张，拿过98机器运行之后，还是不行，请高手指点。我只想两台机器可以互相共享文件而已。

你可以在两个机器都装XP系统, 可共享文件,可同时上网, 但速度肯定要降低很多!

1. 确定两台机器的IP和子网掩码设置在同一网段内。用Ping 确认物理连接正确。
2. 两台机器运行在同一工作组内。
3. 网上邻居看不见的话，可以试试Start-> Run-> \\另一台机器的IP

WIN98 IS based on ip, winxp is based on users. so, you add a user account and a password in WINXP machine for your win98 computer, then you log in your win98 computer with the username and password you just set. then you will find Win98 machine in your Winxp computer. on the other hand, you don't need to set user account for other machines in Win98 computer, but you have to keep both computers in the same workgroup.
before you double click My Network Places, be sure that you share at least one file in each computer.
by the way, don't say like that, or no one will help you.
