能否给我指点一下＂Bell is legally allowed to do so＂的法律依据是什么？最好能提供具体的法律条文和出处或网址。

Victor, i feel it for you.
Commercial law stipulats that any business has to give their price for its product. However, in your case, you, as a customer, you should question the price you pay. I don't believe that a judge will ask Bell to give a price list of all products it sells.  

It is true that "I don't believe that a judge will ask Bell to give a price list of all products it sells" because I do not need a price list of all the products BELL sells.

But, BELL should provide the price list of the products that BELL provides me because the number of products that I use is very limited and I do not need all BELL's products. Right?

  I don't know if Bell sent you agreement later on. Since Bell corrected the rate, it corrected its neglignece.  

No, BELL had never sent me any agreement. I deactivated the long-distance-call service after I received the bill of more than $1500.

Finally i would ask you a question if i were a judge,

" you don't like to use Bell's long distance service, why did you use it?"

I thought I used phone card to make long-distance call. Probably then I used BELL's long-distance-call service because I misused the phone card.

多次掉入BELL陷阱。。

1。我也有过同样的经历，我原来已把长话功能转到另一家公司，因为搬家，bell把合约又转回他们公司，3.19$/min，第一个月没注意（信用卡授权150$），第二个月发现是500$,complain后，退回450。前一个月不退。
2。新开商业电话，我以为和住宅开通费一样50，账单来后为350。拒付，转服务到rogar....
3，下定决心，能不用bell服务，坚决不用。后开始转家用电话。不小心又着了bell的道。bell要170中断合约。。。。。忍痛也转。。。。。

bell 是全北美最黑的公司！！！！       惹不起就躲。。
