Thanks for your suggestion, very convincing! I know what I was thinking is because of the price for 17-85, which is affordable to me and expectation of taking better pictures for landscaps. I did compare the pictures taken by my 18-55 and the pictures taken by 17-85. As I see, the big difference is colour from the opinion of a beginner (do you agree?), but it just needs a little bit more work ( I mean ps). I checked the price for 17-40 and 16-35, but I don't think I will spend that much money on a lens right now because I am just a beginner. Finally, I made my mind I will keep using my 18-55 to practise untill I think it is time to buy a good lens but not 17-85. Thanks very much!
by the way, how you got picture #228 which lens you was using, TV? AV? ISO? Focal Length? and any other technique? |
