准备签 offer 买房子，为了给自己留有余地，想提出一些保护条件。请教各位，应写哪些呢？

买房子是大事,不懂行的最好找经纪,至少也要找个当经纪的朋友咨询一下,花点咨询费也值的

conditional offer includes at least two conditions, your loan is approved by bank and the house inspection result is satisfactory.

But what 卧龙 said is ture. go to and seek help from some professionals. you are not the first one to buy a house, they know all the rountines.
