don't buy LCD unless you are willing to pay over $1300 for the highend 17 inch one!
LCD is mild to your eyes, but the color is not vivid as the CRT and sometimes, espcially those lowend 15 inch ones lags.
if you really buy one, make sure the response time is the key indicator!!!!!
