I use bell's 0.25$/min service. How can I call a chinese cell phone? For examle, if I want dail 13702***** in Guangzhou, the right number is 011862013702***** or 01186013702*****? Thanks! :confused:

Remember, placing call to China, you have to erase the first "0" in area code in China and so to cell phone in China.
