If you can get a letter from your school with statement of graduation ceremony, then you don't need worry about it.

Graduation ceremony is very important for local people. If your visa is expired or soon, you can renew your visa just bacause of the graduation ceremony.

Since you only have three weeks left, you may have trouble if you don't have some good reason when you return from China. But it is good enough to attend graduation ceremony.

In case of your graduation ceremony is not scheduled within these three weeks, you may need renew your temporary visa.

Thanks a lot for your information. The last question is that do I need to renew my study permit in case of my graduation ceremony not included within these weeks？
My study permit and Visa will expire on the same date.
