请教：拒绝涨房租的信该怎么写？

刚收到房东要求涨房租的信，算了一下，大概3.05%。从来没写过拒信，请有经验的朋友指点，怎么写才能简洁而有说服力？说他们没有增加任何新的设施？说他们维修维护动作太慢？对他们的管理一直不满意，要不要写上？

you can go to RDL web site and download the form, get it signed and send it to your landlord. no reason need to be specified. good luck.
