如果冷霜就是清洁霜的话，应该是适合油性皮肤的人用的。 不过我记得是用纸巾擦干净之后再按正常洗面程序洗脸才行。

我想这个论坛是姐妹们讨论用扶肤品的心得,是不是传销或直销是无关紧要的,有一个专门话题谈这个,在这里大家还是交流一扶肤品的话题.我个人用过很多品牌的扶肤品,包刮雅芳和NUSKIN,雅芳的粉底太油,不透气,NUSKIN用后感觉很清爽,我想这都是大家个人的体会,啊娇小姐过于偏激,好象和NUSKIN结了仇,我想它也是一种选择吧.好象没有人用过SISLEY,真想与人交流一下

I have used SISLEY in China and it is too expensive here in Canada, So I change to other brand. It is a good product with very high reputation.  I like it's cleansing cream, easy to remove all make up, and I like its lip and eye cream, its toner with rose abstract, and its body lotion is very good. I didn't use any of it make up products. So I have no knowledge.

Anyay, sisley is a good brand but I cannot afford it right now.

I don't know if there's anybody was the member of (思妍丽）, I forgot the exact spelling, it is also a good product. I have been the member of its beauty institute for two years, there at La Baie, you can buy its products, but I didn't see any beauty institute ot it.

我想步骤应该是这样的：先洁面，再用爽肤水轻拍面部，再用眼霜轻点眼部，包括上下眼皮和眼袋，再用护唇膏（无色的），再用精华素涂再需要的地方，再用面霜或乳液，由下向上涂匀。
每周作一次面膜并用按摩霜按摩皮肤。
