纠正:

RE:按照即将在国会通过的新国籍法, 所有在加拿大海外居住的时间, 即使你是为加拿大机构服务,入籍时不与计算在内,你必须在加拿大5年内实际住满3年才可以入籍.

以上说法有个错误, 即将通过的新国籍法BILL C-18规定6年住满3年就可以入籍.

If I came back to China via U.S, how can Canada government know that? I don't know if customs take any records or if they have record, will they have any investigation when you apply to be citizenship?
Is that risky?
I stay in U.S for a long time, but I really don't want to waste "time" to kick it out!
Any suggestion?

Of course there is no record when you leave Canada. But if you enter or leave China, there is something on your passport through which anybody can know when and how long you have stayed in China.
