二房东涨房价

actually, it doesn't matter who is first or second hand landlord. the fact is there is a room for rent, the pric for it is $220 pre month. if renter is willing to take it with this price, that means this room's market value is worth that. business is business. who is chinese or not , it is not improtant. please remember, the renter has a choice. he or she can accept or not. I think the renter would make decision according to that time marketing price. even now, if there is no lease, the renter still has a choice : stay or leave.
it is no sense to blame other proson has a black heart or not.
the fact is not changed, the room is same, the price is same. only thing is the renter now knows second landlord got profit for his business. it is very normal.

如果你觉得他收得不合理, 你立刻可以提出, 而且可以以他欺骗你为理由, 立刻搬出去, 不租他的房了. 怎么样? 感觉很自由吧? 你感觉出你和二房东的某些差别了么? 做为最终的租房者, 有着很高的自由度, 说来就来, 来了就住, 不用考虑水电暖, 不用考虑电话, 上网, 不用考虑房间的装修, 设备的安装, 室内的家具, 不用担心下个月是否有人和你SHARE房费, 不用担心房屋出了问题是否负责任, 住得不舒服了, 随时可以搬出, 如果提前告诉二房东就算是给面子了. 有了这么些自由, 每个月多给$40也算值了. 而且, 你还有另一个自由, 就是可以选择是否自己也当二房东, 通常情况下, 二房东是会少出一部分钱的.
