2 R! T4 Q! v) n* ^! h1， 联邦移民，已经过了三个月内到魁省登陆的期限，但是可以满足在魁省住满一年的要求。请问怎样才能转成魁省居民的身份？

. r& s7 O6 @) A6 o2， 在魁省工作，所以想顺便学点免费法语，除了转成魁省居民以外，请问还有其他途径吗？现在学cofi要排多久，补助大概一个月有多少？　

３，魁省驾照到其他省不用换吧。外省驾照拿到魁省也一直有效的，对吧。有人告诉过我不同的答案，　所以想求证一下。

1. Apply for the medicare card.
# W) ?% i) s( |0 H# @/ ~2. Report to the Canada revenue agency that your address has been changed. If you have child benefit, they will transfer your child benefit to the quebec one's right away.
3. Change your driver's licence address.

You can do all of the above things at the same day. You do not have to wait.  
% i& K' ?6 p) j7 Z8 Z' ]! {Once you report your address changing, you can get the quebec benefit immediately. The exact date is the date that you start living in quebec.

You can drive with the licence from other province. But YOu sholuld change your driver's licence if you do not want to miss some quebec's benefit regarding driver's licence. The registration fee is quite expensive here, around 250CND. But the insurance is much lower than other provinces, especially Ontario, British COlumbia and Alberta. In addition, if you do not stop properly at the stop sign, you may get more fine with a non-quebec driver's licence.
