I just had a baby last year. I found the maternity clothes are really ugly. I tried to wear regular clothes( a lot of regular tops are pretty loose by design) till the very end though I got the maternity pants much earlier.



Thyme Maternity have stores in many shopping malls.

Motherhood has a store in Laval.

Sears, the Bay all havce small collections.

probably Walmart and Zellers as well but I didn't check.



For baby's stuff you can get from Toys R us, Walmart, zellers, the Bay, sears. There are also big stores on St. Hubert street and St. Zotique (cannot remember the names). I bought baby furniture, strollers from Bambino. You can negotiate there.

There are many stores with baby clothes as well, Souris Mini, baby Gap, Old Navy, Mexx kid, Children’s place, etc.
