I asked the lawer in Chinese Service Center.He told me "usually collection comany did like that, don't care about thier deadline,it's illegal, just wait school's verification,if they sue you let them do, if they dare to change your credit record (you can check in the bank),you can sue them too." Does anybody have such experiences? If I sue them in future, do you think it's valuable or practical? Pls. give some opinions about this topic.

I have friend traced by "money collecting" company alomst 2 years. Every week, the company calls him , gives a deadline and threatens to sue, but so far nothing happened. Thus, do not worry too much about such bullshit company. Not much they can do. Good luck.
