6月25号在家门口收到了一张违章停车的罚单，理由是挡住了"hindered access to a private proerty".第二天我去city hall确认了一次。city hall的人告诉我我车旁的那块地是public area，而且不允许停车,所以我停车没有违章被我挡住的那辆车才是违章停车。同时city hall也给我出具了我停车地周围情况的证明，我因此把"plea of not guilty"的那一联上填上理由寄回去了。但是到了今天突然收到Municipal Court of Ville de Montreal来的信，让我必须在9月5号前付罚款。信上还写了"Failure to transmit a plea or the total amout de ,a judgment may be rendered against you thereby adding further costs to your file ,without further notice"。请问是不是因为"plea of not guilty"没有送到才会这样还是只要没付钱的都会收到这样的信。我该怎么办？

不要紧，只要没付都会收到，如果你确保能胜诉，可以不理睬。
