换胎以后发现方向盘被锁

昨天自己换了一胎(前胎),换了以后发现方向盘被锁,打火时,钥匙查进去,一点也拧不动!
向各位请教!

Try to turn the streering wheel right or left when you trun the key. If it still doesn't work, re-change the tire again.

I just remember that when I changed the tire, I pressed the brake, and also the hand brake is ON, they have effect on the consequence?
what is the way to change the tire?
