don't listen to him , usually you should call in before 30 days, and remember to write down the the name and the ID number of that guy.

i've canceled for 2 months, but even now, it still charge my money from mastercard!! and in these 2 months, i called them so many times, even asked the agent in atwater mall to help me, and of course write down their confirmation number and agent's name, but , it still not canceled!!!

how come? when I applied for my internet, they asked my account number. they said they need to check my account otherwise they cannot apply for me??
