由于要去上学，本人想将我的车卖了。94年的美国车Oldsmobile Cutlass Sierra，101k miles。全部都是自动的（门，窗，锁，镜，座椅）。带ABS，气囊，空调，巡航控制，可变助力转向。挺新的，只有三个车主。请诸位帮忙提供点信息。我的电话是708-1597。

does any friend have the experience in driving Ford Escort? I met one with 6 years old and high kilometers(150,000km)recently. I am wounding if hte parts of Escort are easy to broken after 5 years old? could it run over 200,000km with not too experience maintainence every year(about 600-800$)? What is the market price for it because I can not find a similar one on the newspaper or dealer's webpage? thanks all of you.

   1996 Ford Escort, 150000Km, 4 doors,  (Canadian used car guide) , price vary from $3900 to $ 6800, depend on the condition. Reliability problems could happens at: engine, suspension, electricity.  However, one car is different from the other car, depends on how lucky you are.

who can tell me what about volks passat model for used cars? I notice no body talked about the models from volks?

Built for driver if you are a good driver. It's
true as their ADs said.

If you ever drive it, you may not reverse back to
Japs or American cars.

They are more expansive on parts, less comfortable
than Japs and American car, but much durable than
those compititors.

They are more precise on mechanics thanks for the
German technical tradition. Most of VW can last
around 300K km.

Passat with VR6 engine is great. Try yo avoid those with turbo engine. Aside mechanic, it is well designed that makes it looks not big, but with roomy interior and trunk space. The price is usually higher than its peers, but holds value well. Beware, the parts and maintenance price could also be higher. To those who consider style and ride comfort the first place, economy the second, passat is a good choice.
