When I immigrated into Canada my daughter did not have medical examination because my exhusband is her sole custody. Now my daughter wants to immigrate and live with me in Canada, what should I do?

According to the immigration law, my daughter cannot be sponsored now because she did not have medical examination when I applied for Canadian immigrant.

Who has similar case? How can my daughter immigrant successfully? I really wish to have your kind help.
