if u work at downtown area, Brossard will be a good option. i bought a new house at C section of Brossard, near bus terminal(18 mins to Bonaventure). it takes me 30 to 40 mins to downtown(sounds not too bad, eh?). the price is reasonable, i think it is also in ur range.
