1) Check the bubbles in the pp of your wine below, too much gas in your last batch. Splash your wine when u transfer your existing batch.
2) Based on the comments of U2, u need to add WINE CONDITIONER to your wine. It's liquid invert sugar for wine makers . Tell your supplier that u find your wine too dry, they will give u all the details.
