Our client is currently seeking a Software Developer to join their R&D Department. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years experience of C++ programming
* Extensive experience of communication and network protocols
* Excellent knowledge of ASP/PHP/Python/PERL
* Experience with network programming
* Experience with Web Server Management and Maintenance (IIS, Sun-Java-System-Web-Server)
* Knowledge of Java is an asset

Responsibilities:
• Develop new software meeting given requirements
• Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
• Write, modify, integrate, analyze and test software code
• Use benchmarking tools to evaluate and optimize code
• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
• Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products
