I cancelled their service after 1 year, they do terminate the service , but still keep charging 1 year fee from my credit card, good luck for you

It has to be done before it's renewed for the next year automatically. If you don't call to cancel, they renew it with a higher price charged on your credit card for the next year without your consent.

It is a trap!

我用Acanac将近一年，已发邮件取消。他们当然尽量挽留，又推出两年优惠计划。但我还是坚持要退。如果在一年之内要退，必须有正当理由，比如搬家后没有Bell的线路。一年优惠计划的钱已经先交了，失去了主动权，所以提前退很难。

我用的是dry loop，曾经出过故障，结果完全不能上网打电话，生活在黑暗之中两个多星期。当然这主要是Bell的错，可是Acanac催办不力，也难逃责任。总起来讲线路和速度还是很不错的，服务较差。
